Mô tả công việc
• Plan and organize tours in Vietnam for Czech and Slovak tourists, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• Coordinate with local service providers, including hotels, transportation, and attractions, to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Maintain detailed records of bookings and customer interactions to facilitate excellent customer service.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance travel packages and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Utilize office software, including Word and Excel, for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Manage remote work tasks effectively and maintain timely communication with team members.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel coordination or a related field.
• Fluent in English especially reading and writing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in remote work settings is preferred.
