Main Responsibilities
* Main tasks
- Handling and managing reservations process on Avana platform (including direct, OTA and agents bookings)
- Handle inquiries and obtain correct information regarding details of reservation
- Confirm and process reservation requests.
- Do the proper follow up on every request sent to clients.
- Ensure all information pertaining to reservations are properly taken and entered into the system
- Keep up to date rooms available for sale and any changes in hotel room rates
- Help maximize room sales by upselling to a higher category
- Maintain and update all room reservation transactions, room availabilities
- Handle group bookings as well as end to end reservations processes
- Check arrival list for next day arrival bookings
- Work closely with Sales and Front Desk and other departments, to ensure guest requirements are met
- Perform any other duties as assigned by managers.
- Be expert of Avana Retreat by learning about the Retreat, its operation and all departments.
- Promote and up-sales all Avana Retreats product to clients & regularly remind them about Avana productions
- Support Sales Team on Contracting and Admin works ie: mailing, arranging, and collecting contracts from partners; postal services and related works.
- Support Sales & Reservation team on other tasks when required (admin, back-up work, TO/TA...)
* Other tasks
- Attend weekly Team meeting
- Join inspection and business trips
- Attend training courses to improve skills as well as work performance
- Actively take part in evaluation process of the department and the Company
Yêu cầu
Job Requirements
1. Competency
- Good in English language (writing and speaking)
- Good knowledge of clients: Production spirit & requirements & clients expectations
- Good knowledge of Avana Retreat
- Good analytical, problem-solving skills and strong-decision making skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and writing)
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
- 5 working days per week (including 1 Saturday or Sunday).
2. Education
- University: Bachelors or Masters in Hotel / Tourism / Foreign languages / Management or other related majors
