Mô tả công việc


• Check airline tickets and search for tickets that match the tour program
• Compare prices between ticket offices and online prices, included terms and conditions to choose the best option
• Discuss with Sales about options and finalize the final plan to book tickets to maximize profits.
• Book and hold group tickets for series and GIT groups
• Manage ticket booking and complete online check-in procedures for VIP bookings
• Resolve emergency issues
• Check invoices and coordinate with accountants to monitor, process and collect debts if any arise
• Train and support other team members when required
• Other tasks assigned by Manager/ BOD
• Weekly and monthly reports or irregular reports (if any) to Manager/BOD




Yêu cầu ứng viên


• Graduated from College or University majoring in Tourism, Foreign Language,
• Have knowledge about domestic tourist destinations and Southeast Asian countries.
• Good English in both writing and communication.
• Proficient in using office computers and box office software. Priority is given to those who have a certificate from Saber, Amadeus or Galileo
• Have over 3 years of experience in ticketing or box office positions.
• Be patient, attention to details, willing to learn and work under high pressure
• Working at: Head office, 4th floor, Vinare building, 141 Le Duan, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
