Mô tả công việc
- Main operational activities:
• Producing urban and architectural plans, diagrams, drawings, studies requested by the hierarchy;
• Contributing to concepts and ideas for the projects you will be assigned;
• Executing graphic production with high quality standards: legibility, sense of graphic presentation, rigor;
• Producing presentation files, brochures and/or models;
• Respecting deadlines and ensuring the quality of the work;
• Supporting the team by being proactive and responsible;
• Applying the companys working methods;
• Anticipating deadlines, alerting and soliciting decision-making from the
Project Manager
;
• Knowledge and engagement about ecotechnology and sustainable development;
• Knowledge of Vietnamese urban planning regulations and practices;
• Able to present projects.
Yêu cầu
- Tools
• AutoCad, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign and MS Office
- Languages
• Basic knowledge of oral and written English is compulsory - French is a plus.
- Degree
• Bachelors degree in architecture and/or a masters degree in urban planning.
- Behavorial capacity
• Regorous, good interpersonal skills, flexible, collaborative, autonomous and organized spirit, written and oral knowledge.
• Architectural culture and motivated for learning.
- Experience
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar position
• Work - experience in urban planning at different scales
