Job Responsibilities:
• Manage Key Accounts and work out solutions for Built-To-Suit (BTS) Warehouse and Factorys Clients
• Actively support Industrial Leasing and Business Development functions. Assist in preparation of pitch, provide information and supporting documents;
• Work closely with Business Unit Leaders to jointly formulate corporate strategy for industrial business in Northern Vietnam, propose product standards, strategies and policies;
• Interpret business and market intelligence in order to generate development planning, pricing/business models, and sales package elements;
• Communicate regularly with other departments (Leasing, Project Development, Marketing) and executives to follow up with development progress;
• Any other relevant tasks assigned by HOD and General Manager.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, or Finance;
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in real estate development (industrial focus);
• Ability to communicate effectively in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written;
• Having experience in industrial project development, especially MEP background being priority;
• Strong planning, analytical, organizational skills and attention to details;
• Business performance driven; natural collaborator, can-do attitude, and ability to work well with a wide array of people;
• Self-motivated and highly organized, able to work on multiple projects/tasks at the same time;
