Mô tả công việc
- Project Admin:
• Prepare company documents, including the translation of documents between Vietnamese and English;
• Follow, attend project meetings and prepare documentation as per work request;
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within timeline;
• Coordinate with the internal project team to meet clients expectation;
• Provide administrative support as needed.
- Office Admin:
• Assist, monitor and supply offices necessary tools or equipment such as stationery, office equipment, power issues, transportation, accommodation etc.;
• Manage maintenance of office services;
• Manage services quotations, contracts and follow up payment processes;
• Organize and arrange staff business trips (flights, hotels, car rental, etc.)
- Other administrative/business services as assigned by the Director or supervisor (specific details will be discussed during the interview)
Yêu cầu
- Female graduated from university in majors: English literature, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent;
- High standard English skills (written and verbal);
- At least 3 years working experience. Experience in construction field is a prior.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and other relating software;
- Independent and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Careful, high responsibility, hardworking, initiative, independence working, honest and good management skills.
- Able to deliver high quality work and good team coordination;
- Being open-minded to research & learn and a responsibility manner in a high-pressure environment are the must.
