Role Description
• Assist the project team in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports; provide administrative support as needed
• Join the project meetings and be in charge of creating informative and comprehensive Minutes of Meeting
• Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted timeline
• Observe and understand the needs of clients in order to understand them and provide them with insightful advices; at the same time coordinate with the internal project team to meet clients expectation
• Update continuously about the industrys information and trends, hence propose innovative ideas to develop the company.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineer/ Interior Design/ Architecture or related field
• Fresh-graduates are welcomed
• Language Skills: Fluent English is a plus
• Ability to identify & adapt with the fluctuate situation of design and build projects
• Being a detail-oriented person
• Being thorough and careful to oversee and solve the problems
• Being open-minded to research & learn and a responsibility manner in a high-pressure environment are the must.
