Key Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, goal-focused design professional to be a part of our continued growth of the HCMC Studio.
Core Responsibilities:
Together with the Studio Director
• Design Management of large projects in Vietnam and SEA.
• Fee/ Tender submissions
• General Studio Management and Studio Space.
• Management of Design Teams within the Studio.
• Promote design excellence & discourse within the studio.
• Manage Inter- Studio team resourcing effectively.
• Cultivating strong relationships with existing and new Clients.
• New business Presentations as well as Client introductions.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Promote Studio Culture.
Via organising key studio events etc
• Assisting Finance Team.
via Monthly project reporting and billing.
Yêu cầu
Pre-Requisites:
Background in Architecture/ Interior Design/ Marketing.
• Proficient in both English and Vietnamese.
• Minimum 8 Years Professional Experience.
Medium to Large sized firm
• Experience in
Business Development
.
And/ or preparation of Tender briefing submissions
• Experience in Team/ Studio Management.
(Preferred) Proficiency in practice management platforms:
Deltek/ Union Square/ [protected info] Salesforce/ Xero etc
