Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to create visually appealing and intuitive UI/UX designs.
Utilize Figma and other design tools to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that align with user needs and product goals.
Develop designs that support both desktop and mobile environments, ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.
Present and articulate design decisions, balancing aesthetic appeal with functionality and user-centric principles.
Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design approaches, integrating feedback into product iterations.
Stay updated on trends in Web3, blockchain, and emerging technologies, and incorporate relevant insights into design considerations.








Yêu cầu ứng viên




Experience
: 3+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio that showcases your skills in UI/UX design. Experience in web3, gaming, or similar tech-forward industries is a plus.
Technical Skills
: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools in Figma. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is beneficial.
Understanding of Web3
: While not mandatory, a strong interest or experience in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and related technologies will be highly regarded.
Communication
: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving
: Strong problem-solving skills, with a user-centric approach to design challenges.
Adaptability
: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment, managing multiple design tasks with varying levels of priority
