Role Description
- Assist the operation of Han Spaces office as per required by the General Director
- Assist the project team in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports; provide administrative support as needed
- Join the project meetings and be in charge of creating informative and comprehensive Minutes of Meeting
- Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted timeline
- Observe and understand the needs of clients in order to understand them and provide them with insightful advices; at the same time coordinate with the internal project team to meet clients expectation
- Update continuously about the industrys information and trends, hence propose innovative ideas to develop the company.
Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business/ Interior Design/ Architecture/ - Civil Engineer
- Language Skills: Fluent English
- Skills & Experience required:
- Good business mind-set and strong ability to identify & adapt with the fluctuate situation of design and build projects
- Excellent skill to convince and negotiate with others (both clients and internal team) and a good nature to connect people
- Being thorough and careful to oversee and solve the problems
- Being open-minded to research & learn and a responsibility manner in a high-pressure environment are the must.
