Mô tả công việc
1. Maritime Transportation Logistics
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of maritime transportation, including
shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation
requirements.
2. Budget Management
• Preparation and monitoring of budgets related to logistics and Global Business Parts all
activities.
• Track actual expenses against budgeted figures and provide regular reports to
management.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the logistics
budget.
3. Expense Management
• Analyze costs, including transportation, customs fees, and Global Business Parts all
activities.
• Implement cost-control measures to optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to negotiate favorable terms with
vendors and service providers.
4. Support
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, including cost estimates and delivery
timelines.
• Support activities for Sales.
5. Planning Activities
• Preparation of reports, presentations, and forecasts for senior management.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall operational efficiency.
Yêu cầu
• Graduated from University (or above) with major in International Economics, Logistics, Business Management or related major.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication).
• Good communication skills, logical thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in office software, especially in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
