Responsibilities:
As a member of the Commercial Department and Shop Operations team, you will be responsible for effectively managing the teams operational quality through the following activities:
• Provide regular reports to management levels about the teams operational performance.
• Monitor and manage the operational quality of the Shop Operations team to ensure the companys work results.
• Develop plans and implement strategies to improve and enhance the teams work quality and productivity.
• Guide and support team members in achieving their own KPI objectives.
• Proactively resolve any issues that may affect the teams operational outcomes.
• Establish procedures and a collaborative working environment with other departments to facilitate efficient teamwork.
• Fulfill other tasks assigned by direct management.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
• Education background requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Marketing or partial professional marketing qualifications.
Experience/Industry requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field strongly preferred.
• Proactive attitude, hardworking, methodical and very structured, able to work both independently and within a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - both Vietnamese and English, as well as Microsoft Office.
• Skills in listening, problem solving, conflict handling as well as analysis, planning, management of competing priorities to meet multiple deliverables and deadlines, creativity in seeking new and better solutions, and forward thinking
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast moving environment. Familiarity with Ecommerce is a plus.
• Experience in team management with strong leadership skills driven by achieving/exceeding predetermined company targets and KPIs.
