Mô tả công việc
• Plan & conduct user & competitive analysis to improve products & services
• Interpret & analyze data & user feedback to make informed design & marketing strategy decisions
• Conduct usability testing to identify & address issues in user interfaces
• Manage & improve customer interactions, ensuring all touchpoints are positive, seamless, user-friendly
• Oversee the entire customer journey, optimizing all touchpoints to enhance customer satisfaction & loyalty
• Design digital interfaces that are user-friendly & aligned with the overall CX strategy
• Develop engaging marketing plans for new products & services, ensuring they align with business goals & target audiences
• Monitor & assess ongoing marketing campaigns, proposing improvements to increase effectiveness and ROI
• Manage social media marketing campaigns & customer engagement efforts to enhance brand presence & customer interaction
• Use advanced analytics & CRM data to improve response rates & maximize return ROI
• Conduct business analysis on customer engagement and suggest improvements to marketing strategies.
Yêu cầu
• BA degree or above in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in
digital marketing
or a related field in Retail/ E-commerce/ FMCG
• Minimum of 2 years working at the management level
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics software.
• Proficient in creating and implementing marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategy mindset, analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
