Mô tả công việc
• Attract new customers & prepare customer proposal, develop and maintain close contact with the customers, keep updating market information with financial solution provider to customer via phone call, mail, on-site visit...
• Conduct daily FX quotation with Branches/TOs; and direct dealing with certified SHBVNs customers.
• Provide timely support to Branches/TOs and other HO Departments in their requests relating to FX & Derivatives business as well as other GTCs internal tasks.
• Propose and implement system / product / procedures / workflow and guidelines development.
• Periodically organize in-house training session and/or workshop for Branches/TOs to provide them with useful FX & Derivatives knowledge (internal process training, new GTC product proposal, etc.) and updated market information.
• Offline Seminar co-hosted with Economic expert or other organizations, providing expert view about FX and Economic market.
• Other tasks assigned by the Director.
Yêu cầu
Education:
• University Bachelors Degree in accounting, business, finance or economics.
Experience:
• At least 3-year experience in FX & Derivatives business.
• Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulation.
• Well understand financial market and local regulatory enviroment.
Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in maintaining a good relationship with customers to expand banking business and business opportunities.
• Motivated, driven, competitive and team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skill (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Fluent in English.
