Mô tả công việc
I. Job Summary:
Managing the centralized Easy Loan & Sales Finance Credit verifiers (CV), initiating/participating in projects to enhance the CI performance and effectiveness. The job holder shall be required working on shift, include weekends and holidays.
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Credit Verification Performance
• Monitoring Credit Verifier attendance and ensuring high productivity on daily basis
• Follow up with CV to clear pending cases, to maintain the overall TAT as required
• Generating and sending out CV reports accurately in the designated time frame
2. Credit Quality Control
• Conducting regular training, coaching to maintain the credit quality, delinquency as per threshold (#of credit finding, staff misconduct, misbehavior, delinquency ratio...), to enhance the assessment skills for the CV team, as well as to deliver excellent service to customer
• Proactively participating in or initiating change projects to enhance the CV team performance and effectiveness
3. Other tasks
• Conducting proper capacity planning, prompt recruiting and training to fill in any vacancy, to ensure business continuity
• Proactively connecting CV team to maintain good team morale, high spirit, proper mindset and high integrity.
• Performing ad hoc task as per business requirements
