Mô tả công việc
- Planning, execute and manage all content in-house on social channel (Facebook | Tiktok | Youtube).
- Responsible for monitoring the effectiveness and reporting on the content of the implementation of outsourced partners: video production, images, livestreaming, KOCs/KOLs, agencies, freelancers, media,...
- Coordinate with MKT Showroom to complete content plan & production.
- Tracking, report and planning to improve the effectiveness of Content Marketing
- Create content according to the direction of the Brand & Leader
- Support some task as required by Leader

Yêu cầu
- Possess a Bachelor Degree preferably in Business, Marketing or the equivalent;
- At least 1-2 years in creative department, demonstrated experience in creative development and localization on new activities and sustaining campaigns;
- Technology savvy, especially on Car is a plus;
- Team player who takes personal ownership of assigned tasks. Ability to multitask, and deliver under tight timelines;
- Proficient in using many creative feature on social media platform (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram,..)
- Open attitude, eager to learn, hard-working,..
- Enthusiastic spirit, demonstrating the dynamism of generation Z
