• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with customers in the coal and cashew nut sectors.
• Conduct market research, create business plans, and implement sales strategies.
• Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring sales targets are achieved.
• Monitor and oversee order execution, working closely with other departments to ensure quality and delivery schedules.
• Frequently travel to provinces for client meetings and market surveys.
Yêu cầu
• Gender: Male (preferred, due to frequent business travel).
• Experience: 2-3 years in sales or
business development
, preferably in the export/import or agricultural products sector.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong time management and the ability to work independently.
• Education: Bachelors degree in a related field.
