OVERALL SCOPE OF THE ORGANISATION
Main duty: in charge of LD trucking operation of all projects and other related issues.
BROAD SCOPE:
Managing about Trucking Plan between multiple projects, keep find way to Save cost & Efficient Local Distribution Operation of the projects/requests from DC Manager/Part Leader/Project Leader
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Surveying, building SOP & KPI suitable for each project related to transportation (retails, vans, small trucks, refrigerated trucks, containers...)
- Monitoring customer delivery plans, arranging daily and weekly transportation plans accordingly, meeting customer KPIs and schedules
- Managing the transportation network of Trucking Service Providers, responsible for managing and operating rental trucks according to the nature of each project.
- Responsibility in adjusting and optimizing management processes to save costs, building competitive price structure to serve the sales teams business strategies and goals.
- Arranging scientific, optimal and reasonable transportation schedules to grasp customer delivery times/packing times, avoiding waste.
- Control & manage AP cost items related to freight transportation and driver teams.
- Coordinate with other teams within the company and customers to resolve complaints, complete daily tasks related to shipping orders such as collecting documents (POD, claims, accidents...) and serving timely month-end payments.
- Monitor and manage the Cello-TMS system, set up KPIs, update cost-saving solutions and innovate processes weekly
- Monitor 24/7 operational processes and handle unusual cases for direct managers promptly
- Report daily operations to DC Manager/KAM/Department Head/
Project Manager

- Receive other tasks assigned by direct supervisor and local managers.
- Looking for business opportunities related local trucking
- Build/Develop and Manage LSP Resources to cooperate multiple projects
Yêu cầu
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
- College or university graduated
- Background in Distribution Management as Supervisor/Senior Level Positons (FMCG/Coldchain/Retails)
- Fluent in English (reading / speaking / listening)
- Able to adapt quickly to new working network and system
- Able to work independently and under high pressure, able to do multi-task
- Able to work overtime
EXPERIENCE:
- New or Minimum 5 years of equivalent position, preferred export documentation position in production company, shipping lines or logistics / freight forwarders
SKILLS:
- Proficient in computer skill and MS Office (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint)
- Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Possess the characteristics of diligence, carefulness and hard-working
