Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Branch Manager (Logistics, $2300, ID 17139):
Oversee all business and operational activities at the Da Nang Office.
Handle business negotiations, identify market opportunities, and develop LCL consolidation products for the branch.
Ensure that company policies and legal regulations are effectively communicated throughout the organization and adhered to consistently.
Manage human resources, including training and team development, to ensure efficient branch operations.
Collaborate with other branches to improve operational procedures and service quality.
Monitor business performance indicators and report branch results to the Country Manager.
Ensure the branch complies with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
Safeguard the companys assets, technology, and trade secrets.
Requirement
Male/Female, under 45 years old
Bachelors Degree or higher
2-3 years of working experience as Branch Manager or
Sales Manager
in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics
Good at English
Possesses strong negotiation and project management skills, with a self-motivated and performance-driven attitude.
