Mô tả công việc
• Receiving order requests, formulating procurement plans, establishing communication, and searching for suppliers in international markets.
• Executing procurement according to the plan, ensuring a consistent and timely supply of products.
• Monitoring incoming shipments, addressing arising issues, collaborating with logistics companies to verify shipment schedules, and updating progress team members.
• Performing Import and Export procedures in compliance with state regulations, company schedules, and plans.
• Engaging in sourcing activities, evaluating and selecting potential suppliers, negotiating, and finalizing contracts for supply and purchase.
• Performing other assigned tasks as directed by superiors.
Yêu cầu
Experiences:
• Preferably having experience in commerce and business.
• Priority given to candidates with previous experience in machinery products/raw materials.
Skills:
• Fluent in English and Chinese with proficiency in four skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Demonstrates excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Exhibits strong time and task management abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally or domestically for business trips.
Qualification:
• Bachelors degree in Business Management, International Trade or other related fields from prestigious universities in Vietnam or Overseas Universities.
