Provide quality customer service in accordance to set KPIs and service standards.
Accept bookings & orders placed by customers.
Keep up to date with the latest product, marketing and service information for the delivery of service to customers.
Demonstrate good telephone etiquette when dealing with both internal and external customers.
Understand SOP (standard operating procedure) of Air and Sea document handling.
Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customers needs.
Follow-up on complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide customers feedback for continuous improvements.
Report to Manager every week about status of all clients.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Diploma/degree in any fields.
Knowledge of customer service.
Experienced in relevant position in 1-2 years.
Good Korean communication is preferable.
Good knowledge of Korean market is preferable.
Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Decisive and able to analyze/resolve complex problems for customers.
Able to work under pressure and handle high volume of work.
