Mô tả công việc
The Logistics Senior Executive is responsible for managing the efficient operation of the companys logistics and warehousing functions. This includes overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, coordinating transportation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing supply chain processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
The Logistics Senior Executive will work closely with LM & Respective 4Ps Partners such as Distribution Center (DC) team, Production team, in-house & 3rd Party Logistics, Finance etc. to achieve key objectives related to Supply Chain Management and other ad-hoc projects/tasks.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Logistics & transportation:
- Plan and coordinate logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods to restaurants/customers and facilities.
- Collaborate with shipping team to optimize shipping routes and costs.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze transportation metrics such as delivery performance, cost per shipment, and carrier reliability.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and standards.
2. Warehouse management:
- Coordinate with location warehouse team + 3P warehouse to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Implement and monitor procedures to ensure optimal inventory handling and storage.
- Design and maintain efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the use of proper equipment and technology to support warehouse activities.
3. Process improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in logistics and warehousing.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and performance enhancements.
4. Compliance and documentation:
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all logistics and warehouse activities.
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory, shipment statuses, and operational performance.

Yêu cầu
1. Educational Qualifications/ Relevant Technical Skills
Graduate with Economics, Supply chain, Foreign Trade Bachelor
Basic knowledge about Supply Chain & Finance is a plus
2. Relevant Work Experience
Familiar with F&B industry
Experience with cross-docking logistics model is a must
English fluency is required
Knowledge in Power BI, SAP B1 is a plus
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
3. Other Requirements
Strong coordination, communication skills
Expected to complete all tasks in a timely manner
Problem solving driven
Ability to work under pressure
