Mô tả công việc
Received customer requests (via hotline, chat or emails), quoted prices, ticket conditions, and airlines regulations,... for customers.
Making reservations, monitored ticket issuance deadlines and issuing air tickets through online platforms (GDS: 1G/or 1A/or 1S,...; Portal; LLC web/app). Follow up bookings, process and support online ticket bookings.
Handled customer inquiries related to reservations and support services such as baggage, seats, ticket changes, refunds, add-on requests, check-in online, meal reservation, Visa, ....
Updated the ticket prices, new routes, and policies of the airlines to advise and arrange the best plans for customers. Learn and operate a computerized reservations system.
Collaborated with internal departments to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Complete daily reports and other assigned duties. Manage assigned customer list.
Yêu cầu
Diploma in business administration, English, tourism, culture, hotel management,...
At least 06 months as a Ticketing Staff or experience in Travel/ Visa/ Hotel/ Tour... is a plus.
Proficient of Airline Reservations: GDS (Galileo, Abacus, Amadeus, Sabre,...), Platform Portals (IAG, Tripstack, Farelogix, Travelport, Agentconectbiz, ....) and the LCC web/app.
Understanding of passport and visa processing, Tour, booking hotel,... is a plus.
Quick learner, willing to practice and be trained.
Being patient, attentive to detail, and responsible. Calmness, ability to find solutions, even when busy and/or under stress. Competent in handling difficult situations.
Strong communication skills - verbal, written and active listening. Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Computer literacy with fast and accurate data entry skills, attention to detail.
