Main duties:
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international customs laws and regulations.
- Supervise and manage the entire customs clearance process for both imports and exports.
- Manage the import process, oversee the movement of goods between countries
- Oversee the preparation, verification, and submission of all import/export documents, including but not limited to commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant paperwork.
- Make sure that project or goals met to approved budgets
- Manage PO & inland/domestic transport
- Other task from Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in customs clearance, international trade, or logistics.
- Proven experience in managing import/export documentation and customs procedures.
- Proficient in customs management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customs authorities, team members, and clients.
- Fluent in Mandarin both written and spoken. (having English is a plus)
