JOB DESCRIPTION
1/ Administrative Support, Documentation: Assist the sales and logistics teams with
administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance.( Invoice, Packing List,
export documents). Make sure its accuracy level. Prepare and manage shipping documents,
invoices, and other related paperwork.
2/ Order Processing: Help process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery
of products.
3/ Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the
warehouse team to manage stock. Outward and perform the Inventory reconciliation with
warehouse/ SAP system/other team member.
4/ Coordination: Work closely with the other team to ensure smooth operations and timely
fulfillment of orders.
5/ Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about Commercial and Sales.
REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply
Chain Management, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong organizational
skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Experience: Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.
• Attributes: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proactive attitude, and
willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Intermediate English (all skills).
• Handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Able to work under pressure.
