Job Description
Logistics Intern
JOB DESCRIPTION
Daily operations support:
Update KPI - Management, Department Dashboard & report.
Monitoring and Updating Team-board Reports.
SAP Master-Data Maintenance, Special Freights Report Maintenance.
Check invoice from Forwarders.
Support inventory counting and shop floor cycle management.
Contact to different departments (e.g. Manufacturing, Controlling, Quality) on dedicated assigned tasks.
Management Support:
Update department document (e.g. Value-StreamManagement, 14Q...).
Support for System Improvement Projects, Digitalization project.
Create reports and presentations for department management.
Organizer, Co-moderator of workshops, campaigns and other assigned events.
REQUIREMENTS
3 rd or 4th-year students major in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration or Business Sciences, with focus/interest on logistics, can commit to a full-time 6-month internship and graduate after 6/2025.
Excellent English communication skills (speaking and writing).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
First contact with SAP of benefit.
Reliable, open-minded, strong team player, pro-active, performance oriented, customer oriented.
Architect/ Interior Design Intern
JOB DESCRIPTION
5S Coordination Construction site - Check and ensure 5S standards at contractor workshop, Update information on 5S board, weekly report the issues with team.
Document control: Check and support update document in project for
project manager
.
Design: Work with project planner to develop idea of customer.
Architect: Based on current real estate, provide idea to enhance design with art, ...
IWC (Inspiring Working Condition): Support in design for project lead.
Others task as assign.
REQUIREMENTS
Senior student, major in Architect or Interior
designer
(related to Art industry) commit to a full-time 6-month internship.
3D design skills, particularly MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Sketchup or 3D software is requirement
Reliable, high-disciplined, patient and careful
Good at English and Vietnamese communication skills
