Mô tả công việc
- Work closely with various entities within the group to align procurement needs and strategies.
- Consolidate tenders for similar requirements across multiple entities to leverage group-wide
purchasing
power.
- Facilitate inter-entity collaboration to ensure streamlined and cost-effective procurement processes.
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms and cost
- Assist team in handling start-to-end bidding transactions, RFx in terms of construction and technical
- Discover profitable vendors and initiate business and build partnerships
- Discover the best ways to reduce procurement expenses
- Establishes clear and measurable goals that challenge procurement to continuously improve; to use financial and quantitative data to manage performance
- Set up performance metrics, tools and processes to enhance procurement activities
- Co-ordinate with cross-functional areas to identify, develop and carry out Cost Optimization projects to enable business growth strategy, cost reduction
Yêu cầu
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Deep knowledge in indirect procurement fields
- CAN-DO ATTITUDE
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as procurement leader or manager with strong sense of above field and bidding process
- Leadership and management experience to manage BUs
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Vietnamese
- Strong analytical capability and good in data and figures
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to earn respect and trust from internal and external parties
