What You Will Do
· Assisting customers by providing product information, ordering process information, catalogues and samples as required.
· Assist with the process of sales orders and distribution/delivery from our HCMC warehouse
· Inform and assist customers with matters related to their order status, co-ordinate Customs documentation preparation with our service provider in Vietnam Bonded Warehouse
· Liaising with internal customer service, planning, sales and logistics teams to resolve customer needs and enquiries
· Report writing (non-financial)
· Building and promoting the business offering to new and existing customers to ensure that current business is retained and growth is achieved.
· Assisting with quality queries

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
What You Are Good At
· Having a experience in trading import-export
· Highly competent English written and verbal communication skills
· The ability to communicate and build relationships with customers
· An analytical mind with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
· Experience within a sales or customer service role is advantageous
· Computer literate with SAP and Microsoft Office Skills
· A desire to take on more responsibilities and challenges as you develop within our team
