Organize and execute the departments professional tasks
Manage capital, funds and monitor expenses to ensure transparent cash flow and expenses.
Handle payment activities to ensure accurate revenue and expenditure records
Calculate cost (cost price), make quotations
Collect and manage debts
Prepare management reports, monitor revenue and profit
Perform tax obligations in Vietnam
Calculate commissions
Perform transaction reconciliation
Build plans and reports on the departments activities
Set goals and develop plans for the department
Perform the departments work reports
Monitor and manage the department
Develop specific tasks for each job position in the Department
Recruit, train, and guide the Departments professional skills
Check, supervise, and support the evaluation of the work results of employee member
Handle and resolve arising issues of the Department

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Have at least 3 years of experience as a Supervisor
Have at least 7 years of experience as a
General accountant
Must have experience in accounting work at a foreign company
Have a chief accountant certificate
Fluent in English: Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening
Knowledge of accounting software, business management (Odoo, Quickbook, Misa)
Easily adapt to new environments and ready to change
Carefulness is a top priority
