Mô tả công việc
- Receive request from Customer/Agent and contact Customer/Agent to get confirm for the shipment.
- Get a Booking with the Shipping line or Co-loader and release it to the customer.
- Follow and submit SI/VGM to the Carrier/Co-loader (Filling AFR, ENS, AMS if any).
- Check Documents, make a Bill Of Lading to customers as well as send documents to Agent.
- Send Debit Note to Customers/Agent.
- Monitor and notify shipment status if there are changes during transportation.
- Finish other tasks as assigned by Team Leader/General Manager
Yêu cầu
- College or Bachelors degree in Foreign Trade/ Economic/Import - Export (a noterized degree is required)
- Good English competency in 4 skills (Knowing Chinese is an advantage)
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- From 1 year experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding/Import - Export in similar position.
- Working experience using Cargowise is preferred.
- Working experience using Mirosoft Office Suite (especially Microsoft Excel)
