Mô tả công việc
Manage a team with 4 staff.
Give instructions to staff in the team to implement.
Checking and quoting the cost of CBT service.
Supporting and advising customers on the service process.
Reporting and making plans to managers.
Supervising and urging employees to follow the process.
Receiving and resolving complaints from customers and related departments.
Check & approve advance payment requests & payment requests of the onsite team based on the operation tariff;
Yêu cầu ứng viên
At least 2 years experience in Cross Border Trucking.
Good English
Experience in managing a team with 2-3 members.
