Mô tả công việc
- Implementation of the strategic solution inside the country based on the financial and technical limits within the time lines agreed and involvement and information of all parties necessary
- Responsible for implementation of the strategic solution in the native country. Makes proposals/ demands to configure the system in line with MM Mega Market business requirements and rules
* ROLES
- Centralized Communication between Head Office & Stores
- Planning Customer Service Champion for all store operations functions
- Planning Customer Satisfaction Pulse Program
- Coordinate between CRM and store regarding Customer base data update
- Coordinate for canvassing campaign
- Labeling/Signage monitoring and standardization
* KEY RESULT AREAS
- Daily/monthly Online Sales Reports tracking
- Communicate with Stores and departments in HO to give guideline/commercial marketing programs/events
- Guideline on implementing standard signages to display and tracking
- Support and be centralized communication channel of all SOP/regulations related to operations processes
- Support for Online technical or new digital MKT channels trainings relate to operations in store
- Weekly/Monthly following and revising all changes in Ultra Fresh Must Have List Art
- Support for Year end inventory/ Other operations projects if required
Yêu cầu
- Effective performance of this job requires the person to be really hands-on and persistence to follow through meticulously key steps of the operational procedure. Essentially the profile of the job holder should include:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications
- Good insight of store processes
- Sensitivity, flexibility, management identification, organizing skills, financial insight, collaboration/ cooperation
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- In depth knowledge of retails working processes and procedures
