OVERVIEW
GTE Localize is seeking a qualified Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our Marketing department. As all of our marketing channels are digital, this position is actually our Marketing Manager. On the management side, the candidate needs to have experience managing a team of at least 3-5 people. On the technical side, the candidate should have sound knowledge and hands-on experience in SEO or Google Ads, and have a good knowledge of other digital activities.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead and manage a team of at least 3-5 digital marketing professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
Optimize all the current digital marketing (DM) channels (e.g. Website, Ads, SEO, Email campaigns, social media) to ensure a growth in Lead acquisition and company branding.
Identify and propose new digital channels to acquire Leads.
Make plans, propose budgets and monitor KPIs for DM activities.
Work closely with Sales team to maximize the Client conversion rate from MKT perspective/scope.
Join with HR to recruit, provide training and evaluate the performance of team members.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Hands-on experience with DM activities for companies providing online services with B2B model.
Comfortable in using English (reading & writing)
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager is a big advantage, though

candidates with leadership potential are also welcome.
Sound knowledge and practical experience in Google Ads or SEO, with a good knowledge of other digital activities.
