1. Reporting to: Marketing Manager
We are seeking a talented Content Specialist to join our team in the fast-growing Web3 industry. As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that drives engagement and educates our audience on the Web3 ecosystem.
2. Responsibilities:
Plan & execute engagement strategies across our growing social channels e.g. Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, Discord, Linkedin, etc.
Track performance metrics and optimize written content to reach the KPI of all social platforms.
Brief design, QC, and ensure timing execution for creative development.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and conduct research to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies that align with our business goals, target audience, and brand voice.
Develop effective seeding content, email marketing content, and AMA scripts to maximize the impact of our campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing and community teams on special campaigns, product rollouts, and announcements.
Responsibly manage our social media channels, fostering a positive and responsive media presence, and engaging with users through social posts.
Brainstorm ideas on how to recruit more community members for the brand, across social and digital platforms.
Actively support other departments when needed, providing marketing assistance and expertise as required.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar content-focused position.
Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Strong content production skills, e.g: working with our in-house designer, searching for trends, using social media schedulers, and so on.
Genuine interest and understanding of blockchain culture.
Social media algorithms understanding is preferred.
Experience with managing Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, and other social media channels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
Knowledge of SEO practices is a plus.
