As a Junior PR & Event Marketing, you will work closely with Marketing team to determine key events, handle all activities from start-to-finish (Planning, Budgeting, Registration, Attendance, etc.), and prove effective
Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing PR activities (concept ideas, content development, press and partner relations, event organization, and management).
In charge of planning and organizing major events varying from sponsorship events to co-host/key-host, online/offline, partnership events.
Keep a healthy relationship with the press and company’s existing partners & be proactive in expanding the company’s partnership network.
Proactively propose and carry out effective PR, promotional events.
Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, letters, press releases, video ...
Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities and prepare reports.
Undertake relevant market research
Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Minimum of 2 years of experience in the PR field with good administration/ organization skills.
Excellent negotiation skills in dealing with different external parties (agencies, partners, internal teams...).
Good English (IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 750 or higher), especially in writing skills (both English and Vietnamese).Good interpersonal abilities and communication skills.
Able to work both independently and as a team member.
Able to travel aboard & work under high pressure.
