Business Strategy Development:
Develop and implement product development strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
Market Analysis
: Conduct research on blockchain and cryptocurrency markets to identify new product opportunities or enhance existing offerings.
Project Planning and Management:
Create detailed plans for projects, establish KPIs, and manage project roadmaps to ensure timely and successful execution.
Compliance Evaluation and Assurance
: Collaborate with the legal team to ensure projects comply with KYC/AML regulations, data security, and privacy requirements.
Internal Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with technical, marketing, finance, and legal departments to communicate strategy and align goals.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on strategy effectiveness, assess key success metrics, and make adjustments as needed.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Educational Background:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and a solid understanding of blockchain technology and its business applications.
Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to analyze complex data and market trends to make informed strategic decisions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
Problem-Solving:
Demonstrated ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions within a business context.
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
