Mô tả công việc


Manage and grow social media channels to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing events.
For senior-level candidates, lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the global market.
Plan, run, and analyze online ad campaigns to optimize reach and performance.
Collaborate with the team to promote CRO services and optimize website and digital product growth through growth hacking techniques.
Participate in global-scale projects, including promoting our CRO services internationally.
Oversee SEO optimization, traffic analysis, and plan for Business Intelligence reporting.
Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Must have:
3+ years of experience in online marketing, with a focus on social media, event support, and strategic development.
A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Proven experience in both B2B and B2C marketing.
Experience in planning, running, and analyzing online ad campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content creation.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Prepared to deliver a 10-minute presentation in the interview, explaining at least one project in detail and highlighting your experience.
Nice to have:
Experience or interest in the biotech or healthcare industries.
Experience in global marketing, particularly for international project involvement.
Knowledge or interest in supporting non-profit organizations.
Previous experience marketing CRO services.
Experience supporting both virtual and in-person marketing events.
Background in a fast-growing startup environment.
Willingness to continuously learn and adopt new skills.
