The job holder supports change management activities (Developing and implementing communications plan, training support (planning, logistics...), survey, tracking progress and reporting performance results).
The job holder supports the team with communication activities, user guide, content development, event organization...
Support with communication tasks, training support tasks, surveying & reporting
Support with tasks related to creating, editing and managing content for communication campaigns.- Support with task related to developing user manuals / guidelines, materials, customer support scripts
Support with event organization tasks
Support with consolidate data and prepare reports on performance results / efficiency of communication and transformation change implementation activities
Support other task as assigned
Yêu cầu ứng viên
01+ years of relevant experience in a financial, marketing agency, communications and public relations or technology organization
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Vietnamese languages
Experience in supporting MKT & communication, project management and organizational change project Agile / Digital Experience
Experience creating online/digital content Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, Finance and Banking...
