Mô tả công việc
* What youll do
- Developing detailed designs for scaffolding scope of works.
- Producing high-quality 2D and 3D drawings to deliver comprehensive visualisations of scaffolding solutions to clients.
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation, including drawings for tender submissions and certifications for designs and calculations.
- Assisting the estimating team by preparing scopes and detailed design proposals projects.
- Collaborating with the Engineering Team to optimise scaffolding designs that meet project goals and client requirements.
- Coordinating design processes to ensure compliance with budgets, timelines, and legislative requirements (Scaffold Code of Practice and Australian/New Zealand 1576 Standards).
- Liaising with stakeholders, attending site meetings, and conducting inspections to ensure the effective implementation of scaffolding designs.

Yêu cầu
* Education
- A minimum of 5 years commercial design and estimation experience, preferably within the scaffolding industry or construction industry, with site-based exposure.
* Technical Skills
- AutoCAD: a drafting and design application to prepare technical drawings.
- Iscaf: a comprehensive scaffold design computer software package that draws any modular scaffold around walls, buildings and tanks to produce a detailed drawing and material list.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and iScaf 10, with strong technical and conceptual skills for scaffold design, supported by demonstrated industry experience.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Including tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for various
communication, documentation, and data analysis task.
* Effective Communication
- Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines are also important.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is preferable.
* Attention to Detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Problem-Solving Prowess
- Be quick to pick up new things.
- Be are able to learn quickly, arent afraid to ask questions, take initiative, and are proactive with your communication.
