Develop and implement online marketing strategies and campaigns to optimize the online customers experience and satisfaction, increase marketing effectiveness and increase online sales revenue (E-commerce Platform: Shopee, TikTokshop, Lazada...)
- Manage and control online product/brand presentation in the best practices for shoppers experiences in daily access as well as occasional campaign participation
- Conceptualize and develop interesting/new campaigns with specific strategic directions (Platform campaigns, CAT campaigns,...)
- Plan and collaborate with the internal sales/commercial team and external suppliers to execute online campaigns to achieve the business KPIs (Sales, Engagement and Promotion Programs, ...)
- Work closely with the operation team to generate optimal solutions for the online campaigns promotional mechanisms
- Collect and review performance insights after the campaign and suggest key learnings for improvement.
- Monitor/ catchup E-Commerce trends, interesting initiatives, market best practices & involve extra Ecom Projects to find out more new initiatives for improving site conversion, shopper engagement.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics (GPA 7.5 is a plus)
- At least 3-year experience in a similar field, preferable with experience in Ecommerce Platform or Ecommerce team of Brand
- Excel Master, Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal/communication/negotiation skills
- Effective in time management, multitasking, planning and execution
- Optimistic with full of creative ideas
