We are looking for a user-focused Senior Growth Specialist to join us in order to maximize the users success for buyers while also strengthening our user growth engine.
Yêu cầu
- Planning & executing the growth initiatives focus on Engagement & Retention. Utilizing the engagement platform to optimize user journeys. Manage and develop automation campaigns to deliver users success at large scale.
- Taking ownership of go-to-market plans for key features. Actively experiments and conducts A/B testing to improve feature performance.
- Responsible for ad-hoc analysis and relative dashboard in order to monitor metrics that matter (MTMs). Running user research & survey. Conducting users behavior analysis. Extract valuable insights to inform plans & strategies.
- Collaborate with the product, data team to enhance internal solutions that can enable growth engines. Work closely with Marketing sub-teams (e.g. SEO, Digital, Brand, Creative) to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification
Experience:
- Minimum +2 years of experience working in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing.
- Planning, Data story-telling, great written and verbal communication skills.
- Data analytic skill, familiar with LookerStudio, PowerBI. Having experience in SQL is a plus.
- Experience in CRM or Engagement platforms (example Braze, Insider, CleverTap,...).
- Experience in the e-commerce, fin-tech field is a plus.
