Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing for Production Materials
- Develop and implement local sourcing strategies for direct production materials, with a focus on agricultural commodity (rice)
- Ensure cost efficiency, quality, and supply security for key raw materials.
Execution of Global Sourcing Strategies
- Collaborate with Heineken Global Procurement (HGP) team to localize and execute global sourcing strategies within Vietnam.
- Maintain alignment with global standards and priorities while adapting to local market dynamics.
Stakeholder Collaboration for Value Creation
- Partner with cross-functional local teams, including Techno, Planning, Finance, and Marketing, to drive value creation and cost-saving initiatives.
- Actively support the Design Sustainable Values (DSV) program, ensuring alignment with sustainability and cost-saving goals.
Sustainability Leadership in Scope 3 Agriculture
- Lead and drive sustainability initiatives focused on reducing Scope 3 emissions for Heineken Vietnam within the agricultural supply chain.
- Collaborate with HGP, suppliers and stakeholders to implement innovative, sustainable practices.

Experience
- At least 5 years of experience, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
- Prior exposure to agricultural procurement is highly desirable.
