Mô tả công việc
We are looking for innovative, customer-centric talents to join with our SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) product team of VeXeRe. Our mission is to bring digital transformation to the transportation segment, from small to big corporations. As a product manager, you will own the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy, and coordinate a cross-functional team to implement and deliver products to end users. Think of our product as ERP for bus operators and logistics companies, including web applications and mobile apps to help them manage and sell bus tickets online, handle parcel delivery, loyalty management, and so much more. Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
Market research, customer survey and competitor analysis.
Working with the product team to identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy.
Work closely with BI team to formulate strategic insights and propose action plans to achieve business objectives.
Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
Write user stories, user flows, business use case diagrams and backlog management.
Create mock-ups and prototypes utilizing our prebuilt design system for B2B products.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, work collaboratively with engineers and cutting edge technologies.
Focus on user experience to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by customers.
Analyze users data and feedbacks to measure products effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Yêu cầu
At least 1 - 2 years of working experience as
Business Analyst
, or Product Owner / Product Manager, preferably a combination of software development, entrepreneurship, and business analytical positions, or talented freshers in any non-tech/business fields(will be technically trained)
Have a superb critical reasoning skill: able to strengthen or weaken arguments based on logics
Good perspective about product design: able to analyze why a feature is built
Able to use mockup software (i.e. Balsamiq, Axure RP, Adobe XD, Figma) to design UX/UI, layout and navigation flows. Working experience with a design system is a plus
Have experience of writing product documentation
Able to explain complex problems in a few sentences
Able to persuade others to follow your ideas
Pay attention to details: able to pick out small discrepancies in layout design and propose solutions
