JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
- Support Online Key Account for end-to-end operation & CS in Shopee, Lazada, Social Selling
- Support Online Key Account for promotion set-up and product listing, livestream initiative
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operation management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of online platform, including: production listing, promotion set up and sales reconciliation;
- Manage merchandising in online platform including Shop in Shop and Thumbnail, Infographic content based on guideline from brand
- Research and approach creator for livestream affiliate in Tiktok and manage inhouse livestream
- Others: Livestream operation, KOL management support.
2. Metrics management:
- Track the performance and report the numbers on campaign and on a daily/monthly basis and take immediate decisions and actions when needed to support for Online Key Account
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification and Experience
▪ A bachelors degree or Diploma is required.
▪ Field of study relating to Business Administration, Finance
▪ Prefer Full-time in 4 - 6 months
▪ Experience with content creation (plus)
Skill Sets
▪ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
▪ Comfortable in communicating with different nationalities & different cultures in English.
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
