DEVELOPMENT
• Join Development meeting with Designer.
• Update development recap to support the designer in the follow up, share chart with Brazil
• Receive, Organize & Catalogue the proto samples, fabric sourcing and trims sourcing by delivery
• Follow up of emails with Brazil, collect photos of proto samples from suppliers and share with Brazil.(New)
• Supporting Designer in Supplier Chase and Follow up(New)
APPROVALS
• Join the Final meeting with the Designer.
• Receive priority list of the approvals submission from merchandiser. (New)
• Prepare all the approval for the designer and DTP collecting last submissions of lab dips, strike off and trims to speed up the process and organize the last samples and original proto sample
• Consolidate all the comments of the approvals and pass the information to the Merchandisers for the submission to Suppliers.(New)
OPERATIONAL
• Support designer and DTP in all operational daily routine as DHL, Samples, cutting and sending fabric swatches to suppliers or Brazil and development follow up. (New)
• Organize Library - trims & fabrics - for the development meetings with suppliers or with Brazil.
• Organize development files accordingly with the orders issued and keep this file well organize to optimize the approvals.
• Receive samples, trims and fabrics from suppliers/Brazil and send by courier to suppliers/Brazil.
