Mô tả công việc


Conduct risk assessments for dynamic business models (including online and offline-to-online transitions).
Develop and implement operational procedures focused on risk management, aligned with the strategic direction of CAKE.
Create, review, and update policies, processes, and documentation related to product management.
Investigate and resolve fraud cases, ensuring thorough follow-up.
Analyze data and prepare comprehensive intelligence reports and summaries for management review.
Address inquiries from various business units regarding fraud risk management.
Collaborate with partners to identify, detect, and mitigate fraud or operational risks.
Review incident data, challenge assumptions, and ensure fraud trends are monitored and updated.
Monitor EKYC fraud closely and take necessary actions to mitigate losses.
Prepare standard risk reports and conduct detailed ad-hoc analyses as needed.
Perform additional tasks as required by line manager.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Banking.
Preference for candidates with experience in social products loans or retirement credit loans.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in EKYC processing, within the banking or fintech sectors, is essential.
Strong knowledge of fraud investigation, risk control, regulatory requirements, and market practices.
Proficiency in SQL is required.
Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong ability to adapt to dynamic and challenging work environments.
Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with key stakeholders.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
