Position Overview:
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring sustainable growth, and providing strategic financial leadership to support our expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Financial Leadership
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Provide strategic recommendations to CEO and Board of Directors
Drive key financial and strategic initiatives
Financial Operations & Reporting
Oversee financial operations, accounting, and reporting functions
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Manage preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Develop and maintain robust financial controls and risk management systems
Investment & Funding
Lead fundraising initiatives and manage relationships with investors
Evaluate investment opportunities and strategic partnerships
Manage capital structure and optimize company s financial position
Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimization
Team Leadership
Build and lead high-performing finance and accounting teams
Mentor and develop team members
Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred
10+ years of progressive finance experience
Minimum 5 years in senior financial management roles
Experience in e-commerce or tech companies preferred
Strong understanding of Vietnamese accounting standards and international financial reporting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding leadership and communication abilities
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
