Mô tả công việc


Identify training needs from Collection department;
Design and develop training programs and development strategies throughout the year;
Deliver training following weekly, monthly and yearly training plan including orientation training, code of conduct, soft skills training;
Directly organize and monitor the progress of training sessions;
Manage the quality of all internal training through observing, evaluating and proposing quality improvement plans.
Complete monthly and yearly training report including monthly training record, training commitment
tracking and training feedback report;
Discuss with the leaders to plan for the back-up team of each department.
Set-up the development plan which is suited best for each back-up person.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Bachelor’s degree;
At least 1 year of experience in training & development in Call Center
Strong communication in either English and Vietnamese including written, oral, and presentation skills;
Ability to work proactively, flexibility, independently or within a team environment;
Strong analytical skill, evaluating and designing material and lectures and trainingskill;
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office: Words, Excel, Powerpoint;
Experience teaching soft skills to the target group, supervisor or less or experience in building and
managing a capacity management system is a plus;
Be honest and trustworthy;
Be flexible, reliable and motivated;
Love learning new things, detailed orientation, and logical thinking.
