Mô tả công việc
Repair and maintain server, PC, networking equipment, other IT related equipments (telecom, mobile...).
Communicate with users; and investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system problems (or escalate them to higher levels) so that problems are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
Work with
IT Manager
to do related IT tasks.
Yêu cầu
Studying at College or University - senior level or have just graduated related to IT/Network field.
Able to join a full-time internship in 6 months.
Basic knowledge of Local-Area-Networking, Wide-Area-Networking, Virtual Private Network, Firewall, Anti-Virus solution.
Familiar with hardware troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance for server, PC, networking equipment, other IT related equipments (telecom, mobile...)
Good research skills and ability to learn new technical skills.
Basic communication in English.
Certificates: MCSA, MCSE, LPI, CCNA, AZURE is a plus.
