Join Our Dynamic Real Estate Team - Assistant to Top Realtor!
Are you detail-savvy, organized, and love working in a fast-paced environment? Were searching for a driven, customer-focused assistant to help a top-performing Realtor with transaction coordination and client care. If you thrive on multitasking, have exceptional communication skills, and enjoy helping people find their dream homes, this is your chance to shine!
Position Overview:
Hours: 40 hours/week - 6 days/week
Shift 1: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (US Central Time)
Shift 2: 1:30 PM - 8:00 PM (US Central Time)
1 permanent day off per week (Shift 1 availability preferred)

Your Role & Impact:
As the right-hand to a busy Realtor, youll play a crucial role in building client relationships, nurturing leads, and ensuring clients find and purchase their dream homes quickly and seamlessly.
Customer Care & Coordination:
Engage with clients via phone, email, social fanpage.
Schedule appointments and manage client databases
Proactively follow up with potential leads to close deals faster
Administrative Superpower:
Search and match homes to client criteria - daily!
Drafting contracts and important documents
Handle scheduling, filing, and general admin tasks
General Support:
Be the Realtors go-to support system in day-to-day operations
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications - Is This You?
Night Owl? - Comfortable working night shifts (Central Time, US)
English Pro? - Fluent in English (interview conducted in English)
Customer-Centric? - Experience in customer support or similar roles
Real Estate Savvy? - Bonus points if you have real estate experience (not a deal-breaker)
Organized & Clear Communicator? - You thrive on keeping things in order and communicating effectively
Tech-Savvy? - Proficient in MS Office tools
Team Player & Go-Getter? - Can work independently while collaborating with the team
Age & Gender Bonus: - Priority for candidates 22+ and female applicants are highly encouraged
